Is it safe to use a credit card?

Yes, we hold a Merchant America SSL secure encryption key to protect all credit card transmissions.  All order transactions are protected with state-of-the art Secure Socket Layer Technology and validated against fraud with the Address Verification System.

Do you have a Privacy Policy?

Yes, we will never share your personal information with anyone.  Read our privacy policy.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

We are required by law to collect sales tax if the order is shipped anywhere within Washington state.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled on the condition that the order has not yet been processed and shipped.  Please call us ASAP so that we can void the transaction before it has left our facility.  Once the order has shipped, follow the guidelines under the return policy.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for some reason you are not, simply follow the instructions on our online return goods form and return your order within 14 days of receipt.  We will refund your money less shipping and handling fees.  Thematic SAKs are custom-made to your specifications and are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the entire purchase price. All packages and products must be complete, unopened, and unused.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Most in-stock items will be shipped within 2-4 business days of order receipt.  Thematic SAKs can take up to 3 weeks to be custom made.  A confirmation email will be sent out when the order is placed and again when the order is ready to ship.

What should I do if I did not receive an order confirmation?

If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received as well as an email confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped.  Please make certain that these emails have not been automatically routed to your Junk Mail Folder.

I want to incorporate both of my wedding colors in my Signature Sak order. Can I have one ribbon color on half of my Saks and a second color on the other half?

Sure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Just fill out the request in the comments section at the end of the ordering process and be sure to leave an email and phone number in case we need to contact you.

How do I order when I will not have an exact guest count until days before the wedding?

We realized it is impossible to know the exact number of guests until just a few weeks, if not days, before the wedding. To simplify your planning, we have developed a variety of packages specific to the size of your event, whether it is an intimate affair or a grand reception. Our packages provide up to 30 percent more merchandise than if ordering individually. This allows you to estimate the amount of product needed without having an exact count. We offer brides value and flexibility so that you can order today and cross off one more task from your to-do list. If you discover that you will have a few more children attending than previously planned, you have the option of ordering products individually and we will pay for shipping and handling on this additional order (standard ground shipping only).

Do you except international orders?

Upon special request, we can ship to Canada and Australia.  Email us an inquiry with the product(s) desired and we will send you an estimate of the shipping and handling fee.  Allow a minimum of 4 weeks for delivery due to possible delays with customs.
